Annual Passholder Preview Day

Starliner possibly returning to Florida Panhandle

A bit of good news coming from the former Cypress Gardens Adventure park front, the historic Starliner wooden roller coaster might have a buyer, and that buyer is in Panama City Beach along the Florida Panhandle, where the Starliner was first constructed. More at the Orlando Sentinel.

PCL contractor for Legoland Florida

PCL Construction Services Inc has been selected to build out Legoland Florida by its slated Fall 2011 date. Denver based PCL will partner with Morris Architects. They have worked together on other projects in Central Florida.

State of Florida gives its approval to Project

Legoland Florida has been given the official OK from the Florida Governor’s office. Work can now begin on the 150 acre property.
